What kinds of reports can I create?

IdealSpot has three core report types - location analysis, filter search, and data tables.

• Location Analysis- is a report based on one primary location; it includes demographic, psychographic, data, traffic counts, market data, competition, and mobile device tracking. The primary location can be compared to up to four additional benchmark locations, and or to benchmark regions such as the county, state, or nation.

• Filter Search- is a report that allows you to take a region (state, county, city, etc.) and rank the smaller regions (city, zip code, census tract, etc.) based on a set of critical criteria that is important to your business, allowing you narrow down what areas you should look into when searching for a new location.

• Data Tables- is a report that allows you to take up to 10 locations and demographic and psychographic data sets and display them in a table view for easy comparison.
