In step three of creating a Location Report users have the option of including a Context Region. A Context Region will pull the data for a region and include it on your report as if it were a benchmark location. The difference is that the Context Regions data only displays on insights that are "relative to" something. An example is with the Residential Population insight the context regions do not appear on the raw data "Trend Line Chart" but they do appear on the "Trendline Chart with values relative to Land Area". You can add the County, State, or the entire US as Context Regions.
